At H2OH!L, we follow different return guidelines for cosmetics and accessories due to hygiene and product nature. Please read carefully before placing an order.

💄 Cosmetics & Personal Care Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

Skincare products
Any opened or used cosmetic item

🎀 Forbidden Love Collection

Forbidden Love collection are eligible for return or replacement only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received an incorrect product
The item was missing from your order

To be eligible:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Color/style preference issues
Products damaged due to customer handling

🔄 Replacement or Refund

Once your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

📦 Non-Returnable Situations

Used or opened products
Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer
Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged)
